xPOSé Retail Workstation: $999.00 *

xPOSé Back Office: $999.00

Customers will be required to sign a licensing agreement.

*xPOSé Point of Sale Software is priced according to the number of Retail Workstations running the program. IE: In order to run two Retail Workstations, you will need to purchase two licenses of the software. Additional pricing applies to up to ten additional licenses. For licensing beyond ten copies, contact our sales representatives.

**The first Back Office license applies to ten Retail Workstation licenses. An additional Back Office license is needed for Retail Workstations in excess of ten.

Software and hardware packages are available. Contact your sales representative for information on personalized packages.

Prices include shipping and/or applicable remote installations of software. Sales tax is not included in the purchase price.

Software Maintenance and Support

Telephone support and software maintenance directly with Behnke is included in the above price for the first 30 days commencing upon installation of your software. Telephone support is available from 8AM to 5PM PST, Monday through Friday with exception for major federal holidays. After hours support is available at a rate of $150 per hour. After the first 30 days, Behnke offers the following maintenance and support plans:

Support and upgrade subscriptions can be purchased on an annual basis as listed below:

Annual Budget Care:

  • Three hours of support via telephone, email or fax.
  • Notification of software updates via email
  • All software enhancements and productivity boosting features remotely installed upon release

Annual fee: $750

Annual Total Care

  • Ten hours of support via telephone, email or fax.
  • Notification of software updates via email
  • All software enhancements and productivity boosting features remotely installed upon release
  • 20% discount on additional support hours purchased

Annual fee: $1,500

Additional customer support plans are available upon request. Your sales representative can discuss these plans with you.

Support is billed in 15 minute increments at a 15 minute minimum.

Customers that are not on a current maintenance and support plan can call for support and will be billed at an hourly rate via credit card.

Customer Support:

  • Level 1 Support $125 per hour
  • Level 2 Support $125 per hour
  • Level 3 Support $150 per hour

Installation, Conversion, System Design, Implementation and Training:

$1,500 per location

Travel Costs:

Travel costs within San Diego County are included. Travel expenses outside of San Diego County will be billed to the customer. These expenses may include airfare, rental car, hotel accommodations, meals and travel time.

Custom Reports:

Behnke personnel can review custom report requirements and provide an estimate of development hours for each report. Contact your sales representative for more information.

Off- Site Data Backup and Hosting Services:

Behnke offers services for off-site data backup and hosting. Your sales representative can discuss these services with you.

Payment Terms:

We require a 50% deposit of the contract price upon execution of signed contracts and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the software. Professional fees are due upon receipt of invoice.
